Cairdeas Guest House is located in the centre of the village of Carrbridge, which is the first of the Scottish Ski Villages. It lies in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and is the perfect spot to explore from.

The surrounding area is so packed full of things to do, you will want to stay forever. Choose from hillwalking, mountain biking, skiing, sailing, pony trekking, golfing, fishing, bird watching (RSPB Centre, Nethy Bridge).

The scenery is breathtaking (Monarch of the Glen TV series filmed in this area) We also have Landmark Visitor Centre, Whisky Trail & Strathspey Railway - the list goes on and on. Cairdeas (translated - 'Friendship') is only part of what we have in store for our guests.

The house is owned and run by Janis & Roddy Matheson. Our aim is to provide a service that is second to none. Relax and enjoy the comfort and hospitality of Cairdeas. Unwind in the cosy resident's lounge.

Indulge yourself over dinner. Janis and Roddy are passionate about food and looking after their Guests. Take advantage of our delicious packed lunches, if you have any room left after a hearty or healthy breakfast. Priority is given to making your stay with us unforgettable.

We are open all year and look forward to spoiling you. Avid walkers themselves, Janis and Roddy provide a drying room and secure bike/ equipment store for the use of guests.
