This newly built property is set in open countryside on our family farm. Yet only 4 miles north of Dunblane, 10 miles from Historic Stirling and centrally located for families to explore Scotland.

The cities of Edinburgh & Glasgow are only 1hour away.

Groups of Golfers are spoilt for choice including nearby Gleneagles 9miles. There is on farm Trout fishing in season. One well behaved dog is welcome and we have a designated dog walking area.

The ground floor is wheel chair accessible. It consists of ramp entrance to front & back doors. There is a Utility room with shower room off .A fitted kitchen with dining area seating 6 with door to outside patio & garden furniture.

A large sitting room with leather suite, log burner & 42” Free Sat TV. 1 King Size double/twin bedroom with en suite wet room & walk in dressing room.

The Upstairs consists of an open plan lounge with leather suite & 32” Free view TV. There are two generous bedrooms, 1 twin, and 1 double. A separate bathroom with shower over a bath.

The house provides views of open countryside. The grassed & fenced garden is very suitable for children & dogs.

There is ample tarred parking space & a garden shed & dog kennel are provided outside.

Babysitting & catering services available by prior arrangement.

Our family farm is 2 minutes walk away so we are available for any assistance required. Visitors are welcome to the farm under our supervision & bearing in mind that it may not always be suitable or safe for guests or livestock.
