Welcome to Copper Dell - Sherrie and Kevin, greet
you with a warm welcome. Whether for business or pleasure, unwind
and relax and enjoy the hospitality of your hosts. Here you are in
perfect seclusion from the bustle of city life. A modern bungalow
refurbished to a high standard, in warm and luxurious
surroundings.
The detached bungalow is situated on two golf
courses and lies in tranquil surroundings with 200-year-old copper
beech trees at the back of the property. You will also find conifer
trees, which attract a family of red squirrels in the garden; a
rare and beautiful sight to watch while relaxing in the garden with
a cool drink.
There is quality and luxury in all rooms, not
just the furniture, but the towels and linen which are of high
quality Egyptian cotton. The towels being lovely and fluffy, the
bed linen giving comfort, to allow you to snuggle down and have a
cosy night’s sleep.
This accommodation is suitable for all breaks,
not just golf, there is a nature trail, which takes you into
Arbroath, and if you love cycling from this trail you can access
the cycle route to Dundee a map is available. Easy access to other
towns, such as Montrose, Kirriemuir, the Angus Glens, Forfar,
Aberdeen.

Accommodation:
In the double en suite room you will find
complimentary toiletries, bath and shower gel, hair shampoo, a
shower cap, and a pair of slippers. In the room there is a modern
flat screen television, with the added plus of Freeview. Also use
of Bathrobes during your stay.
You will find a hospitality tray of a variety of
teas, coffee, chocolate, biscuits, fruit, chocolate all to be
enjoyed during your stay.
A double bedroom has the use of a private
bathroom and a Jacuzzi. There is also a courtesy tray and a flat
screen television with the added plus of Free view. A clock radio
besides your bed. A hairdryer. Plenty of drawer and cupboard
space.
Private bath with Jacuzzi. Why not relax and have
a Jacuzzi or shower.
A dining to comfortable room to start your day or
even have an evening meal in.
Why not start your day with a hearty breakfast, a
choice of fruit juices, a Scottish breakfast, with fresh produce?
Or say which way you would like your eggs cooked. Or would you like
a continental breakfast, of croissants, and pancakes? Why not try
the world’s famous Arbroath smokie, hot with butter?
After a good day out you might not wish to go out
for a meal, ask Sherrie and Kevin the night before, or perhaps you
would like a picnic for the following day, please ask 6 pm the
night before and it will be ready for 8 am.
Your hosts would like you to enjoy and relax
during your stay at Copper Dell; where genuine hospitality and warm
humour is always available.
Private parking is available. If you enjoy
cycling or golf, we can store your cycles and buggies safely for
you.
If you would like a game of golf we can book your
game for you. If you would like to try your hand at golf, there is
a coach on the golf course site a minutes walk away.
Letham Grange is approximately 2 and a half miles
north of Arbroath, there is a bus service into the town centre.
Whether for a relaxing break, golfing break or business break,
short or long term, 2 nights - 3 months here you will find
everything at hand, sea, golf, nature naturals, sight- seeing,
cycling, the choice is yours.
If you would like an evening meal please ask, or
even a picnic to take out with you on a lovely day. If it’s a wet
day, no worries, we have a laundry room, where you can change and
dry your clothes. There is room if you bring your bicycles, and
leave your golf clubs.
May we introduce you to Bobbie and Hannah. Bobbie
is 4 years old and Hannah is 8. Bobbie is a guide dog, and Hannah
is a retired guide dog. Both very well behaved. They will only
greet you after you have settled in. Their greeting is as warm as
Sherrie and Kevin’s.

Sherrie and Kevin love and appreciate good food,
which is the reason why we use local home produce. Every effort is
made to make sure whoever stays never leaves hungry.
