A warm welcome awaits you in our 3 bedroomed
self-catering apartment. Situated in the grounds of Gleneagles
Hotel and surrounded by 850 acres of beautiful gardens, golf
courses, and wonderful Perthshire scenery.

Sleeps up to 6 persons with an en suite master
bedroom (twin), one double room and one single room. Exterior
communal garden. Parking for 3 cars. Broadband access - 3 night
minimum stay.
Set in Strathearn, a most beautiful part of
Scotland, our 3 bedroomed apartment is located in a small,
exclusive development, a few hundred yards from the world-famous
Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire. There are views over the Queen's
Golf Course towards Gleneagles and the Ochils.
Sleeping up to 6 persons, our self-catering
apartment is one hour drive from both Edinburgh & Glasgow and
directly accessible by train. The accommodation is privately owned
and entirely independent of Gleneagles Hotel - 3 night minimum
stay).
The 1st floor apartment has an entrance hall
entered via a secure entry system, with cloakroom, WC and hand
basin. There are 3 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and TV:
Bedroom 1 has en suite facilities, King size bed, and a wall
mounted flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has Twin beds, and wall mounted
flat screen T.V, and Bedroom 3 has a Single bed (with additional
guest bed underneath). There is a family bathroom and a fully
fitted kitchen, equipped with electric hob/oven, microwave,
American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
The large open plan lounge/diner area provides
spacious setting for relaxing and entertaining. This area is well
equipped with the latest technology: Plasma TV, Sky, VHS/DVD/CD
Player. There is a 2 dual control Playstation and selection of
games with walking guides, magazines, and umbrellas available.

Bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided.
(Bed linen changed weekly for 1 week rentals or more). Full washing

golfing groups. Visiting Perth, Crieff, Stirling Castle, St
Andrews, Loch Lomond, the Trossachs, Royal Deeside and the Grampian
Highlands are all possible from this central location. Nearby
Auchterarder provides excellent shopping for high quality food,
clothes, antiques and gifts.
Guests have access to Gleneagles 5* Golf, and
leisure facilities at greatly reduced rates, as well as its range
of restaurants. Dining is an art form here, from the
Michelin-starred Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles to the Strathearn
(voted one of the world’s top 10 hotel restaurants) - the
