Set in the heart of Perthshire, lies this almost
unique, Scottish Country Inn. Meilkleour Hotel has been established
for over 185 years, and over the years we have developed an
outstanding reputation for our warm friendly atmosphere extended to
both locals and visitors alike. A gem in the Perthshire
countryside.
Outstanding quality food, all sourced locally and
this complimented by 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms all with en
suite facilities, everything you need for that relaxed getaway
break.
From the moment you walk through the door of our
cosy bar you can sit and enjoy some of our signature dishes, our
beef and ale pie made with our own 'Lure of Meikleour' ale, or try
our lightly battered haddock made with fresh spring water and our
very own 'Lure of Meikleour' Ale.
Start the day with our homemade sausages which
grace our breakfast tables every morning, all carefully and
lovingly prepared for you to enjoy by our team of highly qualified
chefs. If its that something special then a meal in our wood
panelled dining room beautifully decorated with paintings and
prints of yesteryear.
In the summer months, you can enjoy a drink in
comfort in our lovely beer garden attached to the hotel, a great
place top enjoy the Scottish sunshine with friends and family.
To complement this we have 5 beautifully
appointed bedrooms all of which are individually decorated and
named from places and people in the area from down the years. They
are complemented by en suite bathrooms, which have been recently
refurbished to the highest standard giving your room that feel of
luxury.
