Shinafoot Farmhouse & Cottage offers
excellent 4* self catering facilities, either as separate units or
together to suit groups of up to 11 people, set in private, rural
established gardens, only 1 mile from Auchterarder, with extensive
off-road parking.
Ideal for touring, golfing, cycling, fishing etc.
and adjacent to Shinafoot Studios which offer all year round
painting workshops by renowned artist Margaret Evans, and ideally
located near world famous Gleneagles Hotel & Golf Courses.
The Farmhouse (sleeps 7) is traditional stone and
slate built, with 4 bedrooms, 2 en suite, open plan living area and
farmhouse kitchen/diner on 2 levels (ground bedrooms
available).
The Cottage (sleeps 4) is attached but separated
by double fire doors for complete separation and privacy, and
offers 2 double bedrooms, shower room, kitchen/diner and spacious
30' lounge with access to private patio and gardens.
The Farmhouse offers spacious family
accommodation, and is set in mature woodland gardens with ample
private off-road parking.
Kitchen/diner is fully fitted with all facilities
including dishwasher, and dining area, with door to utility and
shower room. Entrance hall from car park and ground floor single
room on left.
The open-plan fully carpeted lounge is fully
furnished with Sky tv, dvd and music players, with walk in
understairs cupboard and door to porch, leading to private gardens.
Spacious twin/double bedroom.
Stairs to upper hallway leading to Master bedroom
with spacious en suite facilites, and double aspect windows. Twin
bedroom with jack/jill en suite facilities. Both facing gardens.
Lawns and flowerbeds surround house with mature trees and stream at
bottom of garden.
The Cottage offers spacious accommodation, linked
to the Farmhouse for separate and completely private use, or can be
opened and hired together for large groups.

to garden/patio and car park, and walk in larder with ample
drying/storage. Master bedroom offers twin/double, and further twin
room. Shower room. Extensive, superb 30’ lounge, with patio doors

Wood floors throughout. Well-behaved dogs
permitted in cottage (2), but must be attended at all times, and
not permitted in bedrooms.
