This is a brand new ranch style house in a country location only 4 miles from Crieff.

Free transport into Crieff in the evenings and pick up before 11pm.

We were awarded a 4 star rating from the Tourist Board, and the emphasis in our Bed and Breakfast is a warm welcome in luxurious surroundings.

The bedrooms are large sunny rooms, and the en suite bathrooms are very spaciously tiled throughout with Spanish tiles and all heated underfloor. One bathroom has an extra large bath, just ideal to soak in after a busy day out. Another has a double shower.

Within 10 mins drive is Drummond Castle Gardens well worth a visit. The Famous Grouse is also close by, Scone Palace is approx 15miles away and Blair Atholl Castle approx 45 mins drive from our house.

There are about 30 golf courses in and around Perthshire - 9 hole and 18 hole championship courses. Gleneagles golf courses are only 15 mins drive from the house.

St Andrews and Carnoustie just over an hours drive from here so an early breakfast can be arranged if one needs to leave early in the morning.

In this area there are many lovely walks one of the most popular being Lady Mary's Walk along the river Earn or the more challenging hill walking locally.

In the evening when you return to our Bed and Breakfast, you can sit in the guest lounge and relax, read or watch the antics of the house martins, who return each year to build their nests.

On occasions when you look out of the window across the fields,m you may see the deer who come wandering up to graze.

We also have a large safe area for you to park your car.

What we offer is an excellent standard of accommodation and we go out of our way to spoil our guests and give your holiday that extra special feeling, starting off with our welcome complimentary glass of sherry on arrival.

A full Scottish cooked breakfast served in our lovely dining room sets you up for the days events.

Sorry no pets or smoking allowed in the house but tables and chairs are provided in the garden for smokers,or under the covered over verandah.
