A beautifully appointed apartment for two people, twin bedroom, situated in a village location 3 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes drive from St Andrews, the home of golf.

Fully equipped for golfers, walkers, cyclists, bikers, or guests just wishing to unwind.  The property is centrally heated with drying facilities, secure parking, Sky TV, wi-fi internet access, sun decks with summer house and gas barbeque.

Ideal for a relaxing getaway or a more energetic holiday or as a base for touring.

The village boasts golf courses, tennis courts, bowling green, a variety of shops and a bank. There is a small harbour, locally caught fish can be bought nearby, and there are 5 eating and drinking establishments within walking distance.

The birth place of Alexander Selkirk, Defoe's  “Robinson Crusoe” is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is the back, self contained half, of a modern bungalow in an elevated position with views over the village to the countryside. There is secure parking and a lockable garage with clothes racks, tumble dryer, and freezer for guests use and to store cycles, bikes or golf equipment.

The open plan kitchen livingroom is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, DAB radio, satellite television,  and wi-fi internet access.

The bedroom has excellent storage and twin beds. There is a shower room with electric shower and the property has gas central heating contollable from each radiator.

Outside there are two decked areas, accessed by a short flight of steps, one having a summerhouse and gas barbeque and equipment for guests use. There is also a rotary clothes drier. Included in the price are bed linen, towels, gas and electricity.

Pick up from Glasgow or Edinburgh airports can be arranged with the owner for an extra charge.
