Steps up to the front door, leading into a
large first floor open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room
with panoramic views over the harbour on one side, and of the Bass
Rock and beach on the other. Sitting room has a TV, video, a
Scandinavian oven type gas fired stove, and a double sofabed.
Fully equipped kitchen has gas hob and
electric oven, dishwasher, two fridges and a microwave. At this
level are two of the four bedrooms - a twin room and a single room
with a bathroom between them (WC and bath with shower over).
Downstairs is a double room (with a rope-hung bed), small double
room (four foot bed) and a shower and WC. There is also secure
storage for golf clubs etc., access from street level.
