This charming old stone cottage (2 bedroom)
built circa 1852 can be found on the picturesque and quaint Main
Street in the idyllic conservation village of Symington, South
Ayrshire.
Close by is a popular traditional village pub
and restaurant complete with open wood fires. The property is in
the heart of golf country with Royal Troon only minutes away and
Prestwick and Turnberry a short drive away.

Symington village is only 10 minutes drive
from the town of Ayr which hosts many annual events such as the
Burns Festival and Ayr Flower Show.
Ayrshire has a host of things to see and do to
suit everyone, from bird watching, fishing, hill walking, quad
biking, horse riding and with many prestigious castles such as
Culzean, Kelburn and Dean Castle situated nearby.
Prestwick Airport is a 5 minute drive away,
Glasgow International Airport is 30 minutes away and the Seacat
Ferry Terminal, Troon, is just 5 minutes away.

of DVDs and board games. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen,
washer-dryer and dishwasher. A small sun room, opens onto an
enchanting and secluded courtyard with a 6 man hot tub, to the rear
of the property with a BBQ and table and chairs.
The lower floor has a luxury shower room and
the downstairs bedroom can have twin beds or a super king-size bed.
This elegant bedroom has LCD/DVD TV, and a selection of reading
material.
The master bedroom can be found at the top of
the spiral staircase with a luxury en suite bathroom and a
safe.
