Spacious Double Guest Room - At over 24 ft, the Double Guest Room is refreshingly large and is dominated by a wide bay window with seating area offering panoramic views of the Urr Estuary, Rough Island and Rough Firth. This room has a touch of luxury with a king-sized bed for a comfortable-nights sleep, a walk-in dressing room with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge for drinks and snacks. A television in the room is included for guests' entertainment. The Double Guest Room has a retro-style en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.

Unique Twin/Family/Friends Suite - This suite consists of one double bedroom, 12ft x 15ft, and an adjoining twin bedroom, 9ft x 10ft. Both rooms are linked by a private 22ft sun lounge, offering the outstanding views enjoyed by the Double Guest Room. The spacious sun lounge is for the sole use of the Suite guests and is equipped with a television, seating and tea/coffee facilities. The suite enjoys exclusive use of a private bathroom with bath, shower (over bath), toilet and washbasin. Sleeps up to 4 adults.
