with St Ninians Park at our rear gate offering indoor tennis and
gym, a cricket oval, swimming pool and indoor bowls. Old Prestwick
Golf Course and St Nicholas are 1km away, Royal Troon 5 miles,
Turnberry 15 miles, Ayr Racecourse and town are each 3 miles.
Our three bright and spacious letting rooms
are available as twins or doubles, all are en suite, with TV,
hairdryer, tea/coffee etc.
House facilities include Sky TV/DVD, guest
computer with swipe phone, WIFI, bar furniture for small parties
and our dining room table converts to a slate bedded snooker/pool
table. We have ample parking/turning in our secure, landscaped
grounds.
