Golf For All

The Ayrshire Golf Pass is an ideal way to sample the high quality municipal golf courses in South Ayrshire along with experiencing golf at one of the private golf courses such as Brunston Castle which is situated close to Girvan.

Play two courses which are ideally situated in the town of Ayr in attractive parkland and close to the beach - Seafield Golf Course and Belleisle Golf Course. Belleisle has long been recognised as one of the best public courses in Scotland after St Andrews and Carnoustie Links.

Play the testing course at Lochgreen which is undoubtedly the best course out of the three municipal courses on the east side of Troon, before or after having a wander round this attractive seaside resort.

Take the coast road down through Ayr and past Turnberry before playing Girvan in the morning and Brunston Castle which is sheltered by the South Carrick Hills and close to the village of Dailly, in the afternoon. If approaching Brunston from Ayr take the A77 south to Maybole, b7023 to Crosshill and turn right to Dailly.

Play Darley GC, Troon which is slightly shorter than Lochgreen, in the morning and either take the A77 to the delightful 9 hole course at Maybole or stop off and play the 18 hole parkland course at Dalmilling situated on the outskirts of Ayr in the afternoon.
